Terrible service provider

My husband got me rain sim card because we thought they might prove to be better than their competitors, only to find that they are just as worse. On Friday the whole day my sim had no network coverage at all, as though it has been deactivated, been restarting it all day long, mind you I use this sim for work purposes. Today being the 18th of July it had network from the morning until 19h00 and that was it. I've been disconnected since then now it's almost another day and still nothing.

I never knew buying this sim would be so stressful, they are impossible to get hold of and takes a week to respond to a simple inquiry. Rain is indeed a terrible service provider, I mean everyone has issues but at least pretend to help your customers instead of just pretending as though we do not exist.
