Terrible service. No internet access.

Poor services. No internet connection despite making a payment on my account. I’ve called so many times and they keep telling me that they’re escalating the matter. It’s been more than 24 hours. It’s not the first time. The same thing happened last month. I don’t recommend rain to anyone. The service is terrible.
