terrible service, makes empty promise an customer must pay for the service that they where told that was for free by the sales agents. got told I had a months free internet service an now I must pay R985 for a month that I thought was supposed to be free. I'm trying to get hold of someone from rain to contact me but nobody is reply or phone me back in regards to my account an I'm very unhappy about it. I refuse to pay for a service that I was told that was free for a month. so I need someone to phone me from rain or I will take further steps an go to see a lawyer
