Terrible service I've ever come accross

I made several online/telehonically requests for Rain to cancel my subscription and no one is responding. Have not been using the device for 3months now but they keep billing my account every month for what coz the device is not in use. Terrible service I've ever come accross. The online system now says I have an oustanding amount of R1,527.00 due, how when the device has not been paid for nor in use forfull 3 months? Quire surprising!
