Terrible service from Rain.co.za

Good Day, after seeing an ad about the Rain 4G data only network on twitter, I went straight to their website to look at their offers and specials, and when I get there was so interested in their offers. I quickly made an order on their website www.rain.co.za for Sim card and a Device, then there was a total cost of R960 which I had to pay to completed my order and I did paid that R960 using my bank card.

The cost include the delivery fee of R120, once of fee of R840 for a device and sim, and that was done last week 21st June 2018 and till today they can’t confirm my order, saying the cant see my payment. They asked me to send them my bank statement, which I did and the transaction which I made is showing on my statement paid to their account, but even today they can’t confirm it saying they are waiting for feedback from their network team. I can’t even see my status of my order on their website, every time when I query with them they telling me that my matter is escalated and I should wait for 5 to 7 Days, even thou the matter is escalated.

I suggested they should cancel my order and refund me my money since they can assist me, but still they can’t cancel my order and refund me because my payment is not reflecting from their side and they still waiting for a response from network team. Even the manager can’t pull some strings he/she is still waiting for a response from network team for an issues which the team escalated, that issues is just treated as normal.

Everything is just mess with Rain.co.za, if their agents can’t give answers when I phone them, they all tell me that they still investigating, they can’t even tell me why I can’t see my order on their website, what is the status of my order. You call them; you wait for 2 to 3 hours. You send them an email, you just get an automated emails saying "agent will contact you back" and no one get back to you.

I am really ****ed off right now, and blaming myself for trying new things. Overall the service was terrible, very very poor even on management level.
