Terrible service from Rain - still debiting us for a service that doesnt exist

How I wish we could leave a no star review. On Feb 14th we took out a 4G package with Rain having been assured by the sales agent that there was coverage in our area. We then bought a new 4G router. Long story short, there is no 4G coverage in our area so we were **** to by the sales agent. I called Rain who confirmed there is no coverage and they agreed to cancel our agreement and issue a refund. As of May 4th, there is no refund and they are still debiting us. Cannot get through on the customer service line and our last two e mails have gone unanswered. Hence leaving the review here on the basis that someone from Rain may just have the decency to respond to us
