Terrible service from Rain on a new order, they take your money and don't deliver the service.

Terrible service. Placed an order, ***, on the 12 March 2022, already paid and the sim card was supposed to be delivered within 5 days, its now the 30 March 2022 and no delivery, no status update even after numerous follow ups and logging support calls. No one at Rain can give me an update or what the delay is, sad part is I needed this urgently for work purposes. The general bad service rating for Rain is definitely applicable and current.
