Terrible service from Rain Mobile
Appalling service when requesting a ITC number to report a ****** phone for insurance purposes. Waited for 2 days to get the number. Even after 2 days, still no ITC number. Their call centre is pathetic beyond words. They can’t transfer you to anyone for help and yet they can’t help with anything to save their lives. Terrible service!!!
