Terrible Service from RAIN

I hahad a terrible experience with RAIN. They do not respond when you request a call, they've had the audacity of debiting my account twice and are nowhere to be found even if you try and reach out using their app or on their website. RAIN your service is appalling, I'm expecting a call to stop your services completely!
