Terrible service from Rain Data

Terrible service for intermittent data. Over two weeks and no solution and after giving the call center agent solutions, they still cant sort out problem. I asked to speak to high level management and nobody calls. Either they too embarrassed about their service or they don't have the right people to sort out the service. Be careful when buying Rain data as they might be cheap but the quality is terrible. Rather pay a bit more and get better service. Lets see if i get compensated for the days i have had bad or no connection. ICASA, should be able to handle that.
