Terrible service from Rain

I had a contract with Rain a year ago. I changed from 4g to 5g as their network was bad. At first Rain sent me 2 routers without a Sim card. I kept calling to query and was sent another router without a simcard again.

I called again, which is difficult to get through to them as they don't have an email address. Sometimes you stay on the line until your airtime is finished.

When they finally sent me a simcard after 2 weeks of complaining the simcard was not working. I requested for another sin card and it still did not work. I was without internet during this time and I was told that they will only charge me after the sim card begins to work.

After getting 3 5G simcads which did not work I decided to cancel their contract. Month end I got a message that I am owing. I tried to call to query without any success. A year later I received an sms that my account was handed over.

It was such a bad decision taking a contract with Rain!
