Terrible service from rain and unnecessary deductions from ones account .

Don’t ever give ur bank account to rain , rather stick to instant payments , on the 10th January 2026 they deducted three amounts of R250 . When they suppose to only take off one amount . It’s carrying on from the 10th to get any feedback or my refund of R500 . They have no human interaction . Multiples messages but no response I’m only speaking to a bot/AI named Leila
