Terrible service from Rain

I have been calling rain for assistance regarding my billing issue till date has not been resolve. They promised to call me back because my line was not clear till now no call and my bill keeps escalating.

on the 25 of October I did not pay my bill because I did not understand why it said I needed to pay 600 as my monthly bill is 300 then I contacted Rain they said I have missed a bill in the month of September and August which did not make sense to me . I have not had connection since October till date now my Bill says I owe Rain R 865 how Come
