Terrible Service From RAIN

I am so upset!!!I have had the worse experience of my life with this company...No internet connection yet my router shows full signal bars.You can not find any contact number for them.I have tried on all social media platforms.I have even lodged a complaint with them directly for some time now.All I want after the service I have received is MY OWN money back as they could not deliver what they advertise. DONT MAKE USE OF RAIN YOU WILL PAY BUT HAVE NO INTERNET CONNECTION.
