Terrible service from Rain

What a terrible service from rain. I have called numerios time in December 2024 request for an Upgrade and sim replacement on existing 4G sim and thier agents keep on telling the have send a request for a call back even today i havent receieve an call from the relevent department worse i keep on calling for a follow up i keep on receieving a same story that matter has being ascalted and some one will call back. I regret for opting for thier product and paying for the services that dont recieve.
