Terrible service from rain

Been trying to get hold of customer service at rain for the last week, I have given up on the call centre as they just don’t answer, resorted to email with no response for days to numerous emails about the quality of the connection which is very intermittent despite the website telling me I have full 5g coverage. Don’t waste your time, moving back to fibre
