Terrible Service from Rain
Terrible service from Rain. I have been unable to get a connection since yesterday yet I am paying for the service. I have called the call center as well as sent messages via Facebook and yet I am not getting any assistance at all. I will cancel their services and get a service provider that cares about their customers.

20 Oct 2021, 10:57I have tried that as well. Funny that when I connect the router at a friend's ( Few houses away) place the router works perfectly without having to reset or take out the sim card

20 Oct 2021, 12:35Coz when I check on My Rain it shows that I am connected to a tower that is 1.13km away instead of the one that is 0.49km away. Are you perhaps able to assist in reconnecting me to the nearest tower please. I need to work and I cannot due to this issue
