Terrible service from rain

Terrible service

I orded my sim from the rain website, it got delivered by friday last week, I've been trying from friday last week to activate my sim.

I tried calling the call centre more than once with no answer, I used the live chat on the website two times people said they are assisting me but nothing happened.

The one guy told me on the live chat that he will force activate my sim.

Now on tuesday afternoon after much waiting and no assistance, I called the call centre and a lady assisted me, she now tells me I recieved the incorrect sim.

Rain says it's not their fault maybe the courier made a mistake, I find this odd as I order slot online but I have never ever recieved the incorrect item.

What angers me more is that after dealing with 2 or 3 agents on the live chat, they never told me I have the incorrect sim, they kept on telling me they going to assist me and activate it for me.

Now the lady on the phone says that the first guy who helped me already sent a new sim for me, if this was the case I'm confused as to why they never told me that in the first place.

I will wait for my new sim to come, (I doubt they have actually sent a new sim for me, as i have not yet recieved a sms/email from ram to say they have a parcel for delivery.)
