Terrible Service From Rain
Rain is a internet service provider that needs to liquidate, this is the most disgusting service I have ever received by an internet service provider, with multiple tickets logged, nobody even bothers to call back, I'm paying over R700 a month for internet I'm not getting, this is ridiculous honestly, you guys are the worst and people must be made aware of what a **** you guys are, terrible you guys should just close doors of business, I hope your competitors make sure of it

25 Nov 2023, 13:59I'm still not getting any response from RAIN, this is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced, this is disgusting, a technician came out, installed the outdoor router but it's still not working, the technician told me it's because of obstruction and it will affect the network speeds, when he placed the router and said I must log a call with RAIN again for a technician to come out and move the router to a higher location (I live on a ground floor unit) I had network speeds of 50 mps with 4 upload, after 24 hours since the technician left my uploads and downloads were back to 3mps, logging ticket after damn ticket after damn ticket and nobody calls you, I'm sure I'm not the only customer complaining about this, instead of installing towers in the areas which are affected but you guys will obviously not do anything but take the next month's installment, I've had it with this **** company, you have the worst network speeds, just close your doors and stop giving people false hope that you will resolve issues
