Terrible service
I had an account with Rain which I canceled 3 months ago ,they confirmed my account was canceled but they decided to debit my account to the amount of R1400.00 for services they confirmed I canceled , now I am made to jump through the hoops to get my refund.

18 Aug 2022, 13:05I lodged a complain with Rain on 26 July which is still outstanding, your call agents change thier names during calls ,I have not received my refund,Rain sent CCD couriers to collect the router now they claim never requested the collection despite me giving them ccd reference number I was promised to be contacted within 24 hours now it more than a week, now I can be refunded because I used the Service despite me having an email that confirms I canceled my service 3 months ago and I never used thier services.
