Terrible service

I have been with Rain for more then 6 months now, and I have only enjoyed the service the first 2 months. The service is slow, I cannot connect multiple devices and when I contacted customer service, this person kept on sending me emails with instruction instead of calling me to help direct me to a solution. I cant wait to change service providers soon cause this is ridiculous.
