Terrible service

Worst possible service ever experienced in South Africa , collected new 5 G package from Cambridge Centre. Was assured all was good and ready to go , got home plugged in , and nothing. Have spent over R300 on airtime logging calls to no avail at call centre. Almost a week later and not a call to help resolve. Where quick to debit account for month subscription, but awfully slow in resolving issues
