Terrible Service
Hi
Been trying to call the centre number *** but cannot get through , I bought my SIM by calling in , the SIM was delivered by Ram and my documents was taken for the Rica registration , to date my SIM card is still not active yet I've paid , this is terribly bad service and I'm losing out on my work , please may some get back to me asap to activate it or else I would like my money back.

When I spoke to the consultant my email I got all correspondence of delivery was my work email ***
Which I can't access because I'm starting work from home and in order to go onto that email I need connectivity.
I really wish someone can assist me
