Terrible Service

So when will this be fixed

So a someone called now and exspect me to run around in the house to get better signal I refuse to do that its not my p3your tower is down

Not good enough I pay for a service which I don't get if you go back this is not the first time I complain and everytime I get the short end of the stick or I must move the router or run around the house like a mad person very unprofessional to make your problems your customers issue

HORIBLE,HORIBLE,HORIBLEHorrible again I have basically no internet.
So I complained on this platform now maybe 12 to 13 times in the last year still no luck.
The last complain was on the 1 off Feb 2025 and a customer service person by the name of Muh???? help me after one hell of a fight I managed to get a technician out by the name off Ben??? witch come out to basically tell me that there are to many people on the tower and he will get his manager to keep in touch with me up until the problem was resolved, needles to say I never heard from the Manager (TIPICAL RAIN)
2 Weeks went pass no word from them they did not even follow up on this platform.
Since Monday my router does not even show 5G instead it shows a Red 4G.,its hardly working.
I am absolutely tired of RAIN making there problems mine its not my fold there is to many people on one tower and they cant provide the service they promised.
It does not even help to complain because every time there is just another excuse.
I need this resolved today!!
I don't want to hear its the tower or anything its not my problem.
HOW CAN 1 PERSON COMPLAIN 13 TIMES IN JUST OVER A YEAR AND NO ONE AT RAIN DOES SOMETHING TO GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED.
WHAT HAPPEND TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT????
AND IN THIS CASE I AM RIGHT!!!!!!
