Terrible service

Rain is the worst internet service provider in South Africa they terrible Customer service and overall experience In the five years I’ve been with them I had a sketchy agent call me regarding my account not knowing that my account she refused to provide me with the call recording upon my request telling me it’s not my legal right to the call I’m escalating this matter to the financial ombudsman as I will not put up with them anymore as they are not complaint and do not comply with and of regulations
