Terrible service

Terrible service. They phoned me and promised that they would cancel my sim which was meant to be month to month (but they were charging me monthly). Over a week later and they have done nothing. This was after I logged a service request over a month ago!! There is no option on the web to cancel the sim once you’ve logged in. The month to month option is a ****. Don’t make use of them.
