Terrible Service - Do not use rain

Worst service I have ever experienced. It was been 5 days with no feedback, no solution and no communication. Every time I speak to someone it’s the same issue and the same escalation with no results and no feedback. I have made multiple tickets and spoken to multiple different people about the same thing. Waiting time for every query is 24hrs in the meantime the device has not worked since I got it. For a company that offers internet connect, nobody seems to know what is going on, 5 day for a single query is absolutely ridiculous.
