Terrible Service Delivery and Customer Service

After having contacted Rain for connectivity issues since moving houses, it took them over a week a half to send out a technician to assist with our issue. The technicians finally arrived today and guess what - because their ladder isn't tall enough for 2 stories they couldn't mount the outdoor router and insisted they can't do it and that we will have to mount the outside router ourselves. Not being IT network technicians, and even if we had to get a handyman to mount the router for us, how will they be able to ensure the Router is correctly positioned or working correctly. I work entirely from home, the level of anxiety I'm experiencing is beyond comprehension regarding the connectivity issues with Rain. The technicians displayed an attitude that they couldn't be bothered, and were not concerned about resolving a connectivity issue for a paying customer. Terrible service delivery to say the least.
