Terrible Service

The second time around I have been calling the rain call center, and they never pick up . Again there is a problem with their Rica, it said it passed on my side and a day later and my cards are on Emergency and not working. You guys out policies in place but its not working somehow. My taxify drivers don't have internet again because the cards haven't been passed. I am getting so annoyed with this service provider, I paid R 2500 & no internet because the Rica is down.
