terrible service

I have logged two tickets still today I have not received any call back. You guys upgrade me to this promo without my consent and claim it is free yet i was deducted a higher amount on the 1/12/2022. If you guys can't resolve this i will cancel my subscription. My rain router is constantly showing yellow .This is a nightmare and an inconvenience
