Terrible service

I used to have two rain SIM cards. A 4g one and a 5 g one. I cancelled the 4g one over a month ago. I saw that I was still billed for the 4g that I cancelled.

I called Rain yesterday to understand why I am still paying for something I cancelled. I made payment yesterday and my service has still not been restored. Apparently it still shows on their system that I still have the 4g. My 5g is still not working.

Andile was assisting me yesterday and was very very helpful. She escalated the issue and kept me updated regarding progress however the issue has still not been resolved.

I called Rain again this morning and spoke to Nokulunga. Who told me the same thing that the issue is still with the technicians. I want my 5g fixed NOW.
