Terrible service

Good day,

I am writing to Express my disappointment with the level of service I received from rain customer support. On the 29th of April I received my device and connected as per manual and instructions. I advised rain that I was unable to connect to any other site except rain and I had received a message that my sim was activated. A raised a support query about this and I was only responded to after 4 days and the agent asked if the matter was resolved when no one had made the initiative to make any form of contact. I told him about this and there was no response once again. I advised that I would cancel and the agent seemed so glad to do that and the device was collected by RAM. I sent multiple emails requesting that I e refunded because I have paid for a service I have not used at all. May I please be refunded or provided with a service that works.
