Terrible service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Rain. I was issued an incorrect SIM card, and my services were subsequently disconnected. Despite logging multiple support tickets and following up on several occasions, the issue remains unresolved. Each time I follow up, a new ticket is created without any meaningful progress. More than 24 hours later, the issue is still not resolved. Based on this experience, even a one-star rating feels generous.
