Terrible Service

Our Rain service have been off since 6 February 2023 and despite several calls to the call centre no joy. Today my sister was informed by a technician that we have to wait for the rain in Centurion to pass before he can come out. It was explained to him that she works from home and actually depend on the service. He told her that there's nothing he can do and he bluntly ended the call. Do we have to switch to a different ISP?

This is appalling to say the least. Terrible service!
