Terrible service, clueless support and no urgency!

An organisation that has no internal support structure. Received my 5G router which did not work, after calling and speaking to 4 different support consultants I received 4 different answer and an escalation to the technical department who has not bothered to get back to me.

They decided to cancel my 4G sim assuming my 5G is working and now I sit without any internet access which is critical for someone who works from home.
