Terrible Service by Rain. Terrible

I am experiencing similar issues... Since i joined Rain.. i have never been able to login to my ***... I have logged numerous calls and each one of them is escalated... As the agent claims. I dont understand why they cant just sort out my ***. You cant buy additional data elsewhere... So i am so frustrated with rain. Its appauling
