TERRIBLE SERVICE

We have ordered rain sims from Takealot and we know their service is quite okay compare to the service I have received from Rain. I paid R479.00 and uploaded the required documents as requested. The only problem I face was the mere fact that they are rejecting my proof of address. I dont have accounts in my name as I am 60 years of age and I am installing internet for my daughter for school work and tutoring she can be watching YouTube. I have asked someone to call me and yet I am sitting with no response from them. I want a refund as I can take my business else where, to a service provider that cares and not just runs after money and they make it difficult for you to get your sim activated. TERRIBLE SERVICE TO THE CORE!!!!!!!
