Terrible service

I've had such a bad time with Rain. 1) I have called since the 9 Dec and not once did the call centre get a technician to ring me back. 2) The call centre seems to be based in the USA so they actually don't understand any SA issues. They did not understand my issue at all. 3) I finally gave up and went on store only to find you lock the SIM card to device which leaves me in a huge issue during power cuts. What a load of ******* rain! You know how SA is with power... We need to have the option to use our WiFi on a wireless. You currently offer 0 wireless devices.

******* service all round and this wireless thing is very annoying! I've been with you for 7 years... I regret upgrading to 5G!
