Terrible service
Hi, We called in to deactivate our subscription a few months ago and Rain is still deducting the subscription amount from our bank. Its been 3 months without using the account and we are still being billed. Please cancel our subscription with immediate effect and please change the amount due as we have NOT been using this account at all. Its costing us unnecessary bank charges and having to pay for something that is not being used.

Still doesn't add up because my payment due is for 2 months and Rain is trying to deduct the full amount of over R900. I need this online payment to be stopped as the minute there's funds available in the account the payment will go off. I'm also being charge for missed debit orders.
Please send me a confirmation letter confirming the cancellation urgently.
