Terrible Service!!

Terrible service!!! Called them with a problem internet not working they initial said on the first call there's a 2 hour turn around time which i understand then it became 24 hours turn around time 24 hours then became 36 - 48 hours still no service. One guy phone on Saturday and i was not home he promised me he would phone in 10 minutes he never did they gave another missed call but you cant get a direct number to their technical department you always have to go through their call centre who cant help anyway be careful of this company its frustrating!!!!
