Terrible service avoid!!!!!

I have been requesting to have my debit order date changed from the 20th to 25 since the 30th April, every time I submit a ticket I receive a notification with a message that rain help is on the way and to this day I have not received any assistance, the call center is just as useless because I'm always told that my case has been escalated, this are all the reference numbers that I have received so far #***8 #*** #***0- #***0. Can someone please change the debit order date!!!!!!
