Terrible Service and Worst website ever....

I have a problem with rain billing or accounts department i paid the subscription last month in May 2026 but they said they didnt receive the payment then i called their call centre was asked to send pop i did still the problem was not resolved. I have paid again this month June but we still do not have internet i have called again they keep saying they are escalating the matter but the problem is still not resolved and they dont even call you back

I went on the website to try and do self service i couldnt log in because im no longer using the old number i registered with because they keep sending an sms to that number and theres no any other option on the website like to send to an email address.

now im stuck i dont know where to get help and I still dont have internet, but i paid

Now i dont know what to do, how to solve this issue,
