Terrible service and very poor network!!!

Been trying to get hold of anyone to assist me at Rain, been calling and their calls are not answered got a home wifi router after a sales lady said they have coverage at my area, the router is working. I cannot even access the app since it refuses to accept my billing data. I seriously regret! I am cancelling this thing as soon as I can!
