Terrible service and unreliable

I've been very happy with Rain up to 2 months ago. The 3 tower closest to me went off and was not working for 5+ days when the turnaround time is 48 hours. It happened twice in one month. I only get 20 days worth of connection for the full price. I need to work from home and I can't afford to to hope for a connection every day.

I tried logging tickets, emailing and phoning many times, but the consultants have no information regarding the issues - no ETR, no information on what went wrong.

I am adding a review here because going through their channels doesn't work.

Rather look for alternatives like I am now.
