Terrible service and ********* business practice

Absolutely terrible service and perhaps ***** for billing me for what I didn't use, I'm getting limited connectivity and I am R500 outstanding but now I call the call Centre to cancel and I can't cancel so now like a few months back you wanna bill me for what I didn't use, my girlfriend also has a line with u guys which I might cancel because you guys are cheesing me off, i want to see your reply because I am going to the ombudsman, you don't even have contact able numbers or email addresses absolutely pathetic
