TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT! SERVICES ADVERTISED ARE LIES

Terrible service and support from Rain support agent and field agent, I have been with Rain since 2020 and I'm canceling after 3 months of suddenly having terrible speeds, after multiple calls and emails to their support, the problem still was not fixed, the issue was escalated to a field agent only to tell me that on the month my speeds were getting terrible speeds(even when i have full signal strength), there was a policy change on the network. this change was made without clients getting notified. which means I have been paying R999 for 3 months for 4G speeds, I've asked Rain to refund me money I have paid for 5G premium and instead deduct me for 4G speeds, but they refused, best to take legal actions in this case.
