Terrible service and *******
I wish to share my poor service experience with RAIN - Further to the bad service they seem to think they can debit my account at their own will ???? ***
I had called in and discussed the termination process and then submitted the relevant email.
The agent then delayed my request instead of terminating as instructed !
I was then debited the full amount ... I understood a pro-rated amount would be billed however this was not the case
01 Dec 2021 - a debit again !!! yet i have email proof that the original request was sent for processing in OCT 2021 !!
Why i have to call and email and still have not response or feedback !!! this is ******* and pathetic service !!

07 Dec 2021, 08:53So.... u get a response to say its being reviewed and the error from RAIN was acknowledged however ... nothing thereafter.
To take clients money is easy but to fix your errors take days ?????
I expect a phone call today confirming when the refund will be done --
