Terrible service and customer care

I couldn't be this disappointed with rain. They are giving us a tough time to cancel their service. Everytime I log a ticket they ask me a same question and when I tell them that I have connection issue they go AWOL. But I remember when I enqured about their router they were so quick to respond. Millicent Maditi and Osiame Ramofolo are ignoring me and it's annoying.
