Terrible Service and customer care

Terrible , terrible service . I’ve called in numerous times requesting a cancellation, no one gets back to you and no one assists you .. I’ve been charged double for the WiFi even though I told them I’d like the service to be cancelled and the device to be collected as stipulated in the terms and conditions. It’s been 5 months now and still no assistance, debit orders still going off. The only helpful person I’ve spoken to was Micheal in billing.
