Terrible service and **** connection

I have been having internet connection problems for quite some time now and I pay almost R800 every month for a service that's not being provided.. I have logged an diagnostic run on your app but still nothing has been done or fixed.. you hardly ever get an email back or any response.. today the connection is non existent.. this is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous..
